We ship from South Africa and deliver cross-border across Africa. Because courier rates differ per country and per parcel weight, international delivery is quoted per order — you get your exact delivery cost on WhatsApp before you pay anything.

How to order from outside South Africa

1. Add your fragrances to your bag in the shop. Women's perfumes are R250, men's and unisex R300, and home diffusers R300 (South African Rand).
2. Choose your country at checkout. Once you select a country outside South Africa, your order total shows as items + delivery to be quoted.
3. Send us your quote request on WhatsApp. Checkout gives you a ready-made WhatsApp message containing your country, your cart items and your item total, so nothing has to be typed out again.
4. We confirm your courier cost (quoted on whatsapp) and send you your payment link with your order number as the reference.
5. Reply with your proof of payment and we dispatch, then share your tracking details.

Delivery cost & times

• Rest of Africa (cross-border): Quoted on WhatsApp — estimated 5–15 business days.
• We do deliver outside South Africa to the rest of Africa. Cross-border delivery is arranged manually with a courier, so the delivery fee is quoted per order once we have your address. Import duties, taxes and clearing fees (if any) are for the customer's account.
• Import duties, taxes and customs clearing fees charged by the destination country are for the customer's account.
• Prices on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Your bank or card provider handles the currency conversion.
