Delivery fees

• PAXI standard (Pep store): R60 — 7–9 business days
• PAXI Express (Pep store): R100 — 3–5 business days
• The Courier Guy: R140 — 4 business days
• Remote-area deliveries may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Delivery areas

We deliver across South Africa, including Cape Town and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us on 068 3636 182 before placing your order.

Delivery around Africa

We do deliver outside South Africa to the rest of Africa. Cross-border delivery is arranged manually with a courier, so the delivery fee is quoted per order once we have your address. Import duties, taxes and clearing fees (if any) are for the customer's account.

• Rest of Africa (cross-border): Quoted on WhatsApp — estimated 5–15 business days
• Choose your country at checkout. Your order is created as normal and we then arrange the cross-border courier manually and confirm the delivery cost with you on WhatsApp (068 3636 182) before dispatch.
• Import duties, taxes and customs clearing fees charged by the destination country are for the customer's account.
• Some couriers restrict shipping of alcohol-based fragrances. If your country cannot be serviced, we will let you know and refund you in full.
