Once an order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

We deliver within South Africa using available delivery services.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays and circumstances outside our control.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact details.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s processes and timelines.

6. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
